On 18 and 19 June 2024, in Grand-Bassam, the centre holds a workshop with Malaria Consortium and the RAFT project on Côte d'Ivoire's preparedness and capacity to respond to arbovirus threats.
Participants include representatives of the ministries of Health and Environment, universities, the national malaria programme, the national institute of public hygiene, university hospitals, public health research institutions, WHO and PMI.
The workshop identified strengths and areas for improvement to better prepare for future epidemics.
